Verantwortliche Stelle

Clean Bytes LLC ist eine LLC nach dem Recht Floridas (USA). Soweit die DSGVO anwendbar ist — insbesondere gegenüber Personen in der EU — gelten die folgenden Angaben. Ein gesondert benannter EU-Vertreter ist derzeit nicht bestellt.

Zweck

Die Daten dienen nur dem Betrieb der App: Anmeldung, Synchronisation zwischen deinen Geräten und dem PDF-Export, den du selbst auslöst. Es gibt keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keinen Verkauf von Daten.

Welche Daten

Konto: Benutzer-ID sowie je nach Anbieter E-Mail und Anzeigename von Apple oder Google. Tagebuch: Name und Geburtsdatum des Babys, Mahlzeiten, eigene Rezepte, Milch und Wasser, Schlaf, Windeln, Wachstum, Entwicklungsschritte, Krankheiten, Allergien, Impfdosen, Medikamenten- und Supplementgaben, Sprache und Darstellung. Der Lebensmittelkatalog ist Teil der App und keine personenbezogenen Daten.

Fotos

Ein Babyfoto und optionale Windelfotos speicherst du nur, wenn du sie selbst aufnimmst oder aus der Mediathek wählst. Sie liegen lokal auf dem Gerät und in einem privaten Cloud-Ordner unter deiner Benutzer-ID. Mimo erkennt keine Gesichter, trainiert keine Modelle und teilt Fotos nicht — außer du exportierst oder teilst selbst ein PDF.

Gemeinsames Tagebuch

Die Person, der das Tagebuch gehört, kann eine zweite erwachsene Person einladen. Die sieht und ändert dann Tagebuch und Fotos. Clean Bytes verkauft diese Daten nicht und nutzt sie nicht für Werbung. Der Zugriff endet, wenn die Person entfernt wird, selbst geht oder ihr Konto löscht. Auf ihrem Gerät verschwindet die lokale Kopie beim nächsten Abgleich. Bis dahin kann eine Kopie auf diesem Gerät liegen. Hat die eingeladene Person schon ein eigenes Tagebuch, fragt die App nach. Nur mit ihrer Zustimmung werden dieses Tagebuch und die Fotos gelöscht. Das Konto selbst bleibt.

Gesundheitsnahe Angaben

Einträge zu Beikost, Schlaf, Windeln, Größe, Gewicht, Krankheiten, Allergien, Impfungen und Medikamenten sind ein privates Tagebuch. Sie sind keine elektronische Patientenakte. Hinweise in der App sind allgemein und ersetzen keine Diagnose, Behandlung oder Dosierung.

Anmeldung

Die App startet nur mit Apple- oder Google-Konto. Apple auf dem iPhone, Google auf Android. Die Anbieter authentifizieren dich; Mimo speichert die daraus entstehende Sitzung, damit das Tagebuch dem Konto zugeordnet bleibt.

Auftragsverarbeiter

Cloud-Konto, Tagebuch und private Fotos liegen bei Supabase (Datenbank und Objektspeicher) im Auftrag von Clean Bytes LLC. Apple bzw. Google verarbeiten die Anmeldung nach deren Bedingungen. Teilen eines PDFs nutzt die Systemfunktion deines Geräts.

Speicherdauer

Daten bleiben, solange das Konto besteht. Lokal liegen sie in einer SQLite-Datei auf dem Gerät. In der Cloud, bis du das Konto in der App löschst.

Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen. Löschung primär in der App: Einstellungen → Konto & Cloud → Konto löschen. Daten über Kinder

Mimo ist für Eltern. Angaben und Fotos zum Baby gibst du als Elternteil ein. Es gibt keinen Kinder-Account und keine Nutzung durch das Kind.

Keine Werbung, kein Verkauf

Mimo verkauft keine Daten, schaltet keine Werbung und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs.

Controller

Clean Bytes LLC is a Florida LLC. Where the GDPR applies — in particular for people in the EU — the following applies. A separately appointed EU representative is not currently designated.

Purpose

Data is used only to run the app: sign-in, sync across your devices, and the PDF export you start yourself. There is no advertising, no tracking and no sale of data.

What we store

Account: user ID and, depending on the provider, email and display name from Apple or Google. Diary: baby name and birth date, meals, your recipes, milk and water, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, illnesses, allergies, vaccine doses, medicine and supplement entries, language and appearance. The food catalog ships in the app and is not personal data.

Photos

A baby photo and optional diaper photos are stored only if you take them or pick them from the library. They stay on the device and in a private cloud folder under your user ID. Mimo does not detect faces, train models or share photos — unless you export or share a PDF yourself.

Shared diary

The person who owns the diary can invite one other adult. That person can then see and change the diary and the photos. Clean Bytes does not sell this data and does not use it for advertising. Access ends when the person is removed, leaves, or deletes their account. The local copy on their device disappears at the next sync. Until then a copy can remain on that device. If the invited person already has their own diary, the app asks first. Only with their agreement are that diary and its photos deleted. The account itself stays.

Health-related entries

Complementary food, sleep, diapers, height, weight, illnesses, allergies, vaccines and medicines are a private diary. They are not an electronic health record. In-app notes are general and are not diagnosis, treatment or dosing.

Sign-in

The app starts only with an Apple or Google account. Apple on iPhone, Google on Android. Those providers authenticate you; Mimo stores the resulting session so the diary stays tied to the account.

Processors

Cloud account, diary and private photos are hosted by Supabase (database and object storage) on behalf of Clean Bytes LLC. Apple or Google handle sign-in under their terms. Sharing a PDF uses your device’s system share sheet.

Retention

Data stays for as long as the account exists. Locally it lives in a SQLite file on the device. In the cloud it stays until you delete the account in the app.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. Primary deletion: in the app, Settings → Account & cloud → Delete account. Instructions: https://clean-bytes.com/mimo/delete-account. Lost device: contact@clean-bytes.com.

Data about children

Mimo is for parents. You enter details and photos of the baby as a parent. There is no child account and the child does not use the app.

No ads, no sale

Mimo does not sell data, show ads or use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Cél

Az adatokat csak az app működtetésére használjuk: bejelentkezés, szinkron, és a PDF-export, amit te indítasz. Nincs reklám, nincs követés, nincs adateladás.

Milyen adatok

Fiók: felhasználói azonosító, és a szolgáltatótól függően e-mail és megjelenített név. Napló: a baba neve és születési dátuma, étkezések, saját receptek, tej és víz, alvás, pelenka, növekedés, mérföldkövek, betegségek, allergiák, oltások, gyógyszerek, nyelv és megjelenés.

Fotók

Baba- és opcionális pelenkafotó csak akkor kerül tárolásra, ha te készíted vagy a galériából választod. Helyben és egy privát felhőmappában vannak.

Közös napló

Akié a napló, meghívhat még egy felnőttet. Az látja és módosítja a naplót és a fotókat. A Clean Bytes nem adja el ezeket az adatokat, és nem használja reklámra. A hozzáférés megszűnik, ha a személyt leveszik, kilép, vagy törli a fiókját. A készülékén a helyi másolat a következő szinkronnál eltűnik. Addig egy másolat a készüléken maradhat. Ha a meghívottnak már van saját naplója, az app rákérdez. Csak a beleegyezésével törlődik az a napló a fotókkal. A fiók megmarad.
