In der App (Hauptweg)
Das ist der Weg, den Google Play und der App Store für angemeldete Nutzer erwarten:
- Mimo öffnen und anmelden.
- Einstellungen (Tab „Mehr“) → Konto & Cloud.
- „Konto löschen“ wählen und die zwei Bestätigungen abschließen.
Netzwerk wird benötigt. Danach sind Konto, Cloud-Tagebuch, Fotos und das lokale Tagebuch auf diesem Gerät weg. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.
Teilt das Konto gerade ein Tagebuch, muss die andere Person zuerst entfernt oder die Einladung zurückgezogen werden. Das Löschen des eingeladenen Kontos löscht das geteilte Tagebuch nicht. Das Löschen des Kontos, dem das Tagebuch gehört, löscht es, sobald niemand mehr dranhängt.
Gerät weg (E-Mail-Fallback)
Nur wenn du die App nicht mehr öffnen kannst: Schreibe an contact@clean-bytes.com mit dem Betreff „Mimo account deletion“. Nenne die E-Mail-Adresse des Apple- oder Google-Kontos, mit dem du dich in Mimo anmeldest. Wir können nur löschen, was wir diesem Konto zuordnen können. Das ist ein Fallback — nicht der Standardweg.
Was gelöscht wird
- Auth-Konto (Apple oder Google in Mimo)
- Profil und Babyfoto
- alle Tagebucheinträge in der Cloud (Mahlzeiten, Milch/Wasser, Schlaf, Windeln, Wachstum, Entwicklung, Krankheiten, Allergien, Impfungen, Medikamente)
- Windelfotos im privaten Speicher
- das lokale Tagebuch auf dem Gerät, von dem aus du in der App löschst
Der Lebensmittelkatalog bleibt Teil der App.
Was kurz bleiben kann
Hosting-Backups und technische Logs können Kopien für eine begrenzte Zeit enthalten, bis sie rotiert werden. Eine Frist in Tagen veröffentlichen wir nicht.

In the app (primary)
This is the path Google Play and the App Store expect for signed-in users:
- Open Mimo and sign in.
- Settings (the “More” tab) → Account & cloud.
- Choose “Delete account” and complete the two confirmations.
A network connection is required. The account, cloud diary, photos and the local diary on that device are then gone. This cannot be undone.
If the account is sharing a diary, remove the other person or withdraw the invite first. Deleting the invited account does not delete the shared diary. Deleting the account that owns the diary deletes it once nobody else is attached.
Lost device (email fallback)
Only if you cannot open the app: write to contact@clean-bytes.com with the subject “Mimo account deletion”. Include the email of the Apple or Google account you use to sign in to Mimo. We can only delete what we can match to that account. This is a fallback — not the default path.
What is deleted
- Auth account (Apple or Google in Mimo)
- Profile and baby photo
- all cloud diary entries (meals, milk/water, sleep, diapers, growth, development, illnesses, allergies, vaccines, medicines)
- diaper photos in private storage
- the local diary on the device you delete from
The food catalog stays in the app.
What may remain briefly
Host backups and technical logs may hold copies for a limited time until they rotate. We do not publish a period in days.

Az appban (fő út)
Ezt várja a Google Play és az App Store a bejelentkezett felhasználóktól:
- Nyisd meg a Mimót, és jelentkezz be.
- Beállítások (a „Több” fül) → Fiók és felhő.
- Válaszd a „Fiók törlése” lehetőséget, és erősítsd meg kétszer.
Hálózat kell. Ezután a fiók, a felhőnapló, a fotók és a helyi napló ezen a készüléken törlődik. Ez nem vonható vissza.
Ha a fiók épp megoszt egy naplót, először le kell venni a másik személyt, vagy vissza kell vonni a meghívót. A meghívott fiók törlése nem törli a közös naplót. Annak a fióknak a törlése, amelyiké a napló, akkor törli, amikor már senki nem tartozik hozzá.
Elveszett készülék (e-mail tartalék)
Csak ha az appot nem tudod megnyitni: írj a contact@clean-bytes.com címre, tárggyal „Mimo account deletion”. Add meg az Apple- vagy Google-fiók e-mailjét, amellyel a Mimóba belépsz. Ez tartalék út, nem az alapértelmezett.
